4. Look out for a confirmation email 

Once we receive payment, you will receive a confirmation email with your receipt, payment plan information, and the option to purchase travel insurance for this trip. 

We understand that plans may change. However, because our trips are planned with care and often involve non-recoverable expenses, we have established the following cancellation policy:

- Cancellations made 45 days or more before the trip start date are eligible for a 50% refund of the total trip cost, minus the non-refundable deposit.

- Cancellations made between 15 and 44 days before the trip departure date are eligible for a 25% refund of the total trip cost, minus the non-refundable deposit.

- Cancellations made fewer than 15 days before the trip departure date are non-refundable.

Complimentary round-trip transportation is provided for guests residing at hotels and guest houses within the central Accra district.

Along the way, discover the cultural symbolism behind common patterns and the role batik plays in Ghanaian fashion and storytelling. No artistic experience is required—just curiosity and a willingness to get a little messy! At the end of the session, you’ll leave with your very own handcrafted batik fabric as a unique keepsake of your time in Ghana.

Clothing Suggestions: 

Lightweight, breathable fabrics, comfortable shoes, and sunscreen. A sunhat and sunglasses are also helpful.

Activity Level: Moderate 

Expect a moderate amount of walking. There will be time to rest in the vehicle between attractions. To enjoy this tour, you should be prepared to walk slightly longer distances, climb some stairs and tolerate periods of standing.
