We understand that plans may change. However, because our trips are planned with care and often involve non-recoverable expenses, we have established the following cancellation policy:

- Cancellations made 45 days or more before the trip start date are eligible for a 50% refund of the total trip cost, minus the non-refundable deposit.

- Cancellations made between 15 and 44 days before the trip departure date are eligible for a 25% refund of the total trip cost, minus the non-refundable deposit.

- Cancellations made fewer than 15 days before the trip departure date are non-refundable.

Double occupancy lodging refers to sharing a hotel room with another traveler, in one room with two separate beds, or a couple sharing a bed. To enjoy this tour, you should be prepared to walk slightly longer distances, climb stairs and tolerate periods of standing. There may be some changes in altitude or temperatures.
